Hello! I am so happy to be a part of the Special Education team at Sidney Middle School! I believe that my role as a Special Education teacher is to facilitate the growth of each student so that they may become the most successful, productive, and happy version of themselves possible. I believe the purpose of school is to produce future leaders, inventors, and problem solvers through fostering curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, independence, and responsibility.

I received my education through Montana State University-Billings. Prior to coming to Sidney, we lived in Broadus, where I worked for the school district for several years as a para-educator. During that time, I had the privilege of working with some AMAZING students in one on one settings, allowing me to witness their daily growth and achievements. My experience as a one on one aide reinforced my belief that building positive relationships with my students and their families increases student success.
